This is the ability to psychically access speed beyond human norms, in relation to beneficial probabilities.

One with this ability can psychically accelerate along the best path to pursue targets (or escape pursuit). In addition, one could psychically accelerate along the best path to dodge projectiles and debris. Furthermore, one could psychically accelerate along the best path to land (or dodge) strikes in combat. One could also psychically accelerate the mind to process sensory stimuli at critical times.
