One with this ability can psychically perceive the presence, location and number of subjects in proximity, at will. In addition, one could psychically perceive tissues, organs or organ systems of a given subject in proximity, at will. Furthermore, one could psychically perceive the status of said tissues, organs or organ systems (illness, injury, etc), at will. One could also psychically perceive the interplay of tissues, organs and organ systems (ie sensing muscles, bones and joints, to detect impending motion). One could even, in some cases, psychically perceive the past or future condition of tissues and organs, at will.
