This is the ability to psychically access a set of physical laws like those of cartoon characters.
Uses/Applications (Pros)[]
One with this ability could psychically defy gravity via mental state (ie remaining suspended mid-air until noticing, vertical leaps due to fear/pain, floating due to infatuation). In addition, one could psychically access greater speed and momentum via mental state (ie fear, urgency, gleeful bouncing). Furthermore, one could psychically control local spatial phenomena (ie treat holes as tangible objects, access storage in hammerspace, hide behind incongruously small/thin objects), at will. One could also deform and reshape the body harmlessly (ie contort to avoid projectiles, recover near instantly from normally serious or fatal harm). One could even psychically impart substance into abstractions (ie treat photographs, computer and TV screens as portals).
