This is the ability to psychically change one type of cell into another.
Uses/Applications (Pros)[]
One with this ability could psychically convert skin cells to bone cells (or vice versa), at will. In addition, one could psychically convert one type of muscle cell into another (ie cardiac, smooth, skeletal, fast-twitch, slow-twitch), at will. Furthermore, one could psychically convert cells from one species into cells like another species (ie one bacteria to another, plant cells to animal cells, human skin to elephant hide, etc), at will. One could also psychically convert older old cells into newer versions of those same cells (or vice versa, at will. One could even psychically convert cancer cells into antibodies or stem cells, or the like.
Weaknesses/Limitations (Cons)[]
The above are merely examples. One with this ability has the power to run the whole gamut of different cells in any given body. Any cell composing any organism can be accessed with this power. Though, some changes may require more effort, depending on how different the new cell is from its previous form (it would be harder, for example, to change one type of muscle cell into another type of muscle cell, than it would be to change a plant cell to an animal cell).
