One with this ability can psychically perceive the presence, location and condition of celestial bodies and phenomena in outer space, at will. In addition, one can psychically perceive the presence, location and condition of creatures on different worlds, at will. Furthermore, one can psychically perceive the presence, location and condition of various landforms (ie hills, mountains, caves, rivers, lakes) on other planets, at will. One can also psychically perceive current (and sometimes impending) weather conditions on other planets, at will. One can even psychically perceive current--and sometimes impending--natural disasters on other planets and elsewhere in outer space (ie quakes, volcanic eruptions, solar storms, black holes), at will.
