Description

This is the ability to psychically control cold and ice.

Uses/Applications (Pros)

One with this ability can psychically cause ambient moisture to freeze at will. In addition, one can psychically imbue ice into (or extract it from) the surrounding environment, at will. Furthermore, one can psychically control ice/snow, as though by Telekinesis, at will. One could also psychically shape ice/snow into tools and constructs, at will. One could even psychically control frozen or ice-filled targets, as though by Telekinesis, at will.
