Description[]
Ability to create, shape and manipulate dandruff, shedding dead skin cells from the scalp. User can also induce dandruff production in others.

- User can attack others by telekinetically controlling dandruff. These attacks would most probably involve suffocating target by dandruff.
- User can drastically increase production of dandruff in others, causing all skin on their scalp to fall off.
