This is the ability to psychically cause subjects to experience fear.
Uses/Applications (Pros)[]
One with this ability could psychically generate a threatening aura around oneself (and/or physically produce a fear inducing substance), at will. In addition, one could psychically make subjects fear the nearest object or subject in proximity, at will. Furthermore, one could psychically make subjects fear the next object or subject they encounter after the power has targeted them, at will. One could also, in some cases, psychically make subjects recall a past fearful experience (and/or hallucinate a fear experience), at will. One could even psychically program subjects' minds with a generally fearful personality, at will.
