This is the ability to psychically manipulate iron.

One with this ability can psychically move iron about as though by Telekinesis. In addition, one can psychically alter the luster, texture, density, fluidity, temperature and other properties of iron, at will. Furthermore, one can psychically induce or prevent rusting, at will.
