This is the ability to psychically cause subjects to feel/display hostility for a given target.

One with this ability could psychically cause subjects to generally become more hostile, at will. In addition, one could psychically cause subjects to become hostile to oneself, at will. Furthermore, one could psychically cause subjects to become hostile to a given target, at will. One could also psychically cause subjects to act on existing hostility, at will. One could even cause subjects to display hostility, without actually having an effect on their mood, at will.
