Halia (Alia), in Greek myth, was the goddess of the sea's salt water (also called 'brine'). This power allows the user to harness many different aspects of her domain.
Uses/Applications (Pros)[]
Channeling Halia allows one to swim well and survive underwater, which may be shared, by touch. In addition, one can psychically turn any liquid into salt water, as well as psychically manipulate salt water, at will. Furthermore, one can psychically teleport oneself and others to any body of salt water at will. One can even turn oneself and others into a form composed of salt water, at will.
