Description[]
This is the ability to render subjects immobile and insensate.
Uses/Applications (Pros)[]
One with this ability could psychically cause subjects to become paralyzed by touch, word or thought. In addition, one could physically or psychically generate a paralytic, pheromone, hormone or toxin. Furthermore, one could psychically damage nerves associated with motion and/or with certain sensations, by touch, word or thought. One could also psychically cause partial/localized paralysis (ie limbs, muscles for voluntary motion), at will. One could even psychically induce immobility, while allowing the subject to retain sensation, at will.
