Description[]
This is the ability to register and coordinate reactions to stimuli faster than human norms.
Uses/Applications (Pros)[]
One with this ability can move fast enough to dodge or block a foe's strikes, at will. In addition, one can quickly move to avoid falling debris or the like, at will. Furthermore, one can react in enough time to keep falling objects from breaking, etc, at will. One can also coordinate one's own attacks before most foes have the time to dodge. One can even potentially catch certain projectiles (ie bullets) and certain animals (ie cats, birds, flies, etc).
